Nextel to use Motorola i605 Bluetooth cellphone

Word is out that Nextel will be picking up Motorola's i605, the company's first iDEN phone to include Bluetooth.
According to FCC docs uncovered by Phone Scoop, the phone will include a large display, a speakerphone,
Java-compatibility and GPS. Of course, with Nextel's merger with Sprint imminent, we imagine their whole product line is up in the air, but we expect this one to be a keeper,
given that Nextel currently has only one other Bluetooth phone in their lineup, the recently released
BlackBerry 7520.
