Sony isn't going to stop making plasma TVs?

You can save your tears—apparently Sony isn't
quitting the plasma TV business and have spent their Monday vehemently denying a report by Japanese newspaper Nihon Keizai Shimbun (well it doesn't sound like an American newspaper, does it?) that they were going to stop making plasma displays next year to focus entirely on building LCD and rear projection TVs.
