Parents auction off their no-good kids' Christmas presents on eBay
It wouldn't be Christmas without at least one grinchy story, right? This one hits all the right notes, too, since it involves the Nintendo DS, eBay, and a trio of punkass kids in Texas. You know how when you're a kid your parents would threaten to cancel Christmas if you didn't straighten up and fly right (or whatever it is they'd say)? Well, let's just say that there are three kids near Houston who must have screwed up big time because their parents actually made good on their threats and put the three Nintendo DS game consoles the kids were getting for Christmas up for auction on eBay. And if that doesn't prove they mean business, the parents told the Houston Chronicle they'll be putting a second round of Christmas presents—a bicycle, fish tank, and karaoke machine—up for sale next.
