Asus' P505 Pocket PC Phone scores FCC approval

When we first wrote about the Asus P505 Pocket PC
Phone back in June we didn't think there was much chance at all of it ever making an appearance Stateside, but apparently the handset (which has a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth, 64MB of RAM, 416MHz processor, a 2.8-inch LCD screen, and an SDIO expansion card slot) has managed to score the approval of the FCC to sell it here. Not sure if any of the carriers are even itching to offer it to their subscribers, but since it is a GSM/GPRS phone it would have to be either Cingular/AT&T Wireless or T-Mobile.
