Turtle Beach Noise Canceling Headphones don't cancel noise

There's one glaring flaw with the Turtle Beach Noise Canceling Headphones—they don't cancel noise. PC Mag reviews the new $50 headphones and discovers that all the fancy noise-canceling circuitry (each bud actually has a small microphone attached to it) had a neglible effect in blocking out external sound, and that the headphones weren't particularly more effective than regular in-canal buds from Apple, Etymotics, and Shure.
