Hitachi sues GS Magicstor over 1-inch mini hard drives

So pretty much everyone who makes those tiny 1-inch hard drives popping up in cellphones and MP3 players is either suing or being sued. Late last year Cornice found themselves on the receiving end of
a suit by Seagate and Western Digital claiming a bunch of patent violations, this time around it's GS Magicstor's turn, they've been sued by Hitachi (which makes the drive Apple uses in the iPod mini), who claims that the company infringed on several of their patents.
