HP @ CES - Carly kicks it with Gwen Stefani (and announces a bunch of stuff)

We'd say something about how HP must have given Gwen Stefani many, many sacks of cash to get her to appear at something as square as Carly Fiorina's CES keynote address yesterday, but Gwen has had a little problem saying no lately whenever given the chance to make a celebrity endorsement, cameo, or co-branded product no matter how banal
(though that damn new single of hers is catchy enough to make us not really care). Gotta shop it like it's hot, right?
Anyway, besides the news that HP had gotten Gwen to create a special version of one of their digital cameras
(supposedly inspired by the ganguro girls of Harajuku), the most noteworthy bit was that Ms. Carly ended all of the speculation and confirmed that they will indeed be coming out with an
HP version of the iPod photo. She also showed off some of the stuff being worked on at the vaunted HP Labs, like an interactive table with a display built right into it, as well as that new Linux-powered Media Hub, some more stuff about Visual Radio, which is being tested in Finland,
Singapore, and the UK and is being launched in Europe and Asia soon.
