E-TEN's M500 Pocket PC Phone goes on sale

It's not the handset of our dreams or anything, but the
M500, that Pocket PC Phone from E-TEN we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, has gone on sale in Taiwan and is expected to be available worldwide next month. If the absence of a QWERTY keyboard weren't enough of a deal killer, the complete lack of any kind of keypad would seal its fate, but it is on the compact side of things and has quad-band GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, 400MHz processor, a 1.3-megapixel digital camera, an SDIO slot, 128MB of flash ROM, 64MB of RAM, and a 2.8-inch QVGA display.
