There's a price out on that game's head
If you're really good at a specific game, and you want to make some extra dough, check out this site. The folks at Twin Galaxies ("Since 1981 the worldwide authority on player rankings, game statistics and championship tournaments")
are handing out money to complete bounties on games. A bounty is a task that, when achieved, yields the gold. For example, if you beat the PS1's Silent Hill within 30 minutes you make $75. Or, if you can complete San Andreas in the fastest time, you can pocket $75. All in all there are 126 bounties, spread across every system from MAME to Xbox. You can't make a living this way, but you can pay for games.
