Xbox pirates facing 21 counterfeit charges

Forget Jay-Z & Beyonce (that was so 2003,
anyway), around here Tammy Colombe & Christopher Kay are known as the modern day Bonnie & Clyde.  Okay, so they haven't actually robbed any banks, but the dynamic duo, hailing from Amherstburg (Canada) no less, is responsible for moving roughly $95,000 in pirated Xbox games, which they also manufactured.  All told, it's estimated that their "business" has cost the industry close to $735,000, not including tax revenue.  Needless to say, the bust didn't end in a shower of bullets, as Colombe & Kay went down without much of a fight.  They are now facing 21 counts of selling/making counterfeit goods.

[Thanks, fistula!]
