Man robs doughnut shop with a laser pointer

We'd previously thought that those little laser pointer thingies were only useful for
teasing housepets or
arousing the ire of the FAA, but someone's found a new one: robbing doughnut shops.  Wearing a pillowcase with eyeholes cut out of it and waving around a laser pointer,
a guy in Metairie, Louisiana managed to make off with the contents of the safe at the local Tastee Donuts. The culprit is still at large.
