Playstation 3 at E3 2005 - investors find out first

Sony has let loose a big, and eerily silent, one. They slipped a comment or two into the end of a Q4 Earnings Announcement conference call that they expect to have some form of playable Playstation 3 at E3 this year. They also hinted they'd have a major announcement at the end of March (though that announcement may very well be that the PS3 is going to be at E3). This officially makes all three next-gen consoles "Possibly-Gonna-Shows." Of course, all three have been rumored to be PGSes for two years now.

 What any of this means, exactly, is anyone's guess.

Our guess, is that the guessing is about to begin...
