The new PowerBooks
They didn't end up announcing anything at Macworld earlier this month like some people had predicted, but Apple did update the PowerBook today. Nope, despite all the gossip
they didn't introduce a PowerBook G5, but the processor speeds on the 15-inch and 17-inchers now top out at 1.67GHz (the 12-inch will get bumped up to 1.5GHz), you'll be able to get a 100GB hard drives on the most costly 15-inch and 17-inch models, 8x SuperDrives are now an option on all models, and they're doubling the memory on ATI's Radeon 9700 video card to 128MB and adding support for Bluetooth 2.0.
