The QDA-700, that other Palm-powered smartphone, turns up

Still not likely to show up here in the States, but the QDA-700, that new tri-band GSM/GPRS
Palm-powered smartphone from Qool Labs we first mentioned back in September, has finally turned up for sale somewhere.
That somewhere is Germany, where the phone retails for €469 without contract. No QWERTY-style keyboard like on the
Treo 650, but the QDA-700 does have a 1.3-megapixel digital camera, a 2.8-inch LCD touch screen, 32MB of RAM, and an SD expansion card slot.
