Vodafone New Zealand gets the GSM Treo 650 first

Even though there have been plenty of reports of people ordering (and even receiving) theirs, Cingular still technically hasn't formally announced availability of the Treo 650, though if they wanted to be the first GSM carrier worldwide to offer the phone it looks like they just got beat to the punch.
