Olympus m:robe 500i gets less than warm reception

We're none too happy when high quality products that
obviously had a lot of work put into them wind up garnering bad reviews and lots of criticism—believe it or not,
we do feel for the people behind the scenes who labor late into the night crafting gadgets of all types—but in the
case of Olympus's m:robe 500i, well, what
can we say? We played around with it before, we called it out, and now that they've put themselves out there with
those silly Super Bowl ads of theirs, it's no surprise
that the AP/Yahoo! takes a shot across their bow by saying more or less
the same thing we did: the 500i is a great
proof-of-concept device, but when it comes to usefulness or usability, you'd better look on, friend.
