Run your PC at 7.2 Ghz

There aren't a lot of details to go with this screenshot, but it appears to be genuine. Someone is claiming to have overclocked his 3.8 Ghz machine to 7.2 Ghz.

Can they get Windows running at this speed? More importantly, can they get Doom 3 running at this speed?
