InCom kills deal to require students to wear RFID tags

Apparently InCom has had some second thoughts about paying
an elementary school in Sutter, CA to require all of its students to wear RFID tags on campus. After hailstorm of bad publicity and a legion of complaints from students'
parents and the ACLU, they abruptly terminated the school's contract. Doesn't look like the school is going to search for another patron for their RFID
tracking system (which let teachers and administrators track students' whereabouts on campus), but there are already schools in Japan and
Texas experimenting with RFID tagging.
