Ask Engadget: Japan-only gadgets you're craving?

It's rolling in a little later than usual today, but we've got another installment of Ask Engadget for ya. This week reader Fahd R. asks:

My school is paying for us to go to Tokyo in about 2 weeks, and I'd just like to know what Engadget readers think
is the one must-have gadget I should grab while I'm there that I won't be able to buy over here (at least not for a
while).

Any suggestions? Any Japan-only gadgets you've been lusting after lately?
