Sony finally says "Whoopsie!" instead of 'WEMEANTTODOTHAT!"

Okay, that took long enough. Sony has finally implemented a free repair program for the dreaded stuck button problem. It appears that initial shipments of the device went through a faulty production process where the plastic under the case was not completely removed. This led to the button getting jammed, or feeling sticky. Nothing pisses fans off more than a sticky button. Sony will never forget that. They must avoid sticky buttons at all costs in future devices. Sticky buttons is fun to write on the keyboard.
