Verizon's INpulse prepaid cellphone service

They're so aiming this at teenagers: Verizon Wireless just launched a new prepaid cellphone service called INpulse that costs 99 cents each day you use it (no matter how many or how few calls you make), but for that 99 cents you get unlimited evening minutes (which start at 9pm), as well as unlimited calling 24 hours a day to other Verizon Wireless subscribers. All other calls will set you back 10 cents a minute. Signing up for a plan with a bucket of minutes is usually a better deal if you plan to use a serious amount of minutes, but not everyone has that luxury, you know? The first two INpulse phones are the Kyocera KX414pp and the LG VX3200pp (pictured at right).
