A video game to help prevent attacks on our troops in Iraq
Here's a great idea. Offer the Armed Forces a game that require the soldier to talk their way out of dangerous situations. Sure, if the soldier's in danger, pull out the arsenal. But what about those times where the soldier needs to maneuver through an unfriendly situation, that could become dangerous? Tactical Iraqi is a game that uses the Unreal Tournament 2003 engine to emulate scenes where the soldier will have to use his communication skills to get through. The game analyzes the soldier's voice to look out for a hostile tone, or incorrect grammar – you know, the kinds of things that can escalate to deadly fire in a war zone.
