Developers test GPS-enabled digicam

Jeff Hicks and Joe Koberg of Little Rock, Arkansas, have put together some software that can link a
digital camera and a GPS unit. While this is not a consumer-ready product, it does seem to work; check out the Flash presentation of their test-drive using a GPS-enabled camera (over what looks like a pretty bleak and empty stretch of road — no offense, Arkansans). We're still waiting for more off-the-shelf GPS-cam solutions, but in the meantime, we're glad there are folks like Jeff and Joe out there proving it can be done.
