Kyocera @ CTIA - A1430K

Half-KDDI's Penck phone, half Moto
PEBL—but a lot more plasticy, and somehow even a lot more desirable. Kyocera's A1430K has a very retro-display feel to its subdisplay, while the inside was nice and shiny clean, featuring a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD. Oh, and that lack of metal made for a severely light device, one we wouldn't be ashamed at all to carry despite its lack of features otherwise, and general super-femminess. Yeah, outside the VGA
camera, the handset wasn't really of note, but damn if the Japanese low-end isn't just so very nice.
