My iMac Ate my CD

Has this ever happened to you? You'll all excited about
Rod Stewart's latest CD, so you run out to your local music purveyor and send a few dollars on the disc (because you like the CD booklets,
otherwise you would have used the iTunes Music Store). You rush home, CD in hand, and with your slightly trembling hands you slide the CD into your Mac.

Then nothing.

The CD doesn't show up on the desktop, the eject button doesn't spit it out. What are you going to do? Rod is stuck inside your Mac!

Luckily, MacMerc has posted an
informative tip that should help you unstick any stuck CD in any model of Mac.
