Manage Podcast Clutter via AppleScript

I have a problem. I don't really listen to any podcast other than the Battlestar Galactica one that I mentioned the other day.  However, several of the newsfeeds I'm subscribed to via RSS contain embedded podcasts from time to time that NetNewsWire inserts into the podcast playlist I've created in iTunes just for this purpose. That's not the problem.  The problem is that I am lazy, so I often overlook all these podcasts and neglect to erase them until I have a few gigs of podcasts gumming up my iTunes Library.

Fortunately, someone has
written a script to save me from myself. Now I just have to motivate myself enough to rate the podcasts I want to keep.
