Apple aquires Schemasoft

Looks like Apple is dipping into its war chest again, and this time it has purchased itself
Schemasoft.  What is Schemasoft?

It is a small software company (with about 40 employees) that makes a variety of tools that extract data from one file format (let's say Word documents) and allow them to be exported into different formats (HTML and XML seem to be the two leading choices). Seems like a good move given the recent release of iWork as a 'competitor' of Office.

Here's hoping that this will improve the HTML that Pages exports, at the very least.
