iPod photo Software Update with new features

If you own an iPod, you can run Software Update to queue up iPod Updater 2005-03-23 (28.9MB), but, alas, it only really provides updates for the iPod photo.  According to the Software Update information, "iPod software update 2005-03-23 delivers iPod software 1.1 (for iPod with color display)" with "Support for optional iPod Camera Connector for importing and viewing photos directly on iPod" as well as a new slideshow transition.

You know, for a while there I was really upset that almost immediately after I got my 4G 40GB iPod they announced the iPod photo, but ever since yesterday, when I got the new video iPod
[;-)], I find myself no longer wishing harm to befall iPod photo owners.
