The Rio SE510

We never much cared for the original Rio Forge, but apparently Rio's busted out a stripped-down version of their flash-based MP3 player called the SE510 that gets rid of the Forge's FM radio and SD card slot, as well as eliminates those screws on front (were they just for show?). The 512MB SE510 sells for about $35 less than the Forge (unless you count that $60 rebate Rio is currently offering, which makes the Forge a better deal), but keeps the built-in stopwatch and lap timer, the 20 hour battery life (courtesy of a AAA battery), and support for playback of MP3s, DRM'd WMA files (aka
PlaysForSure), and Audible audio books.
