IBM prepping ThinkPad Tablet PC?

We've been chasing down ThinkPad Tablet PC sightings for almost a year now, but supposedly IBM is going to finally get around to releasing one on May 15th. Of course, this is all totally unconfirmed, but IBM's (or should we say Lenovo's?) first Tablet PC will reportedly look a lot like a ThinkPad and have a 12-inch LCD screen, a 1.5GHz or 1.6GHz processor, and weigh between 3.5 and 4 pounds. We'll keep an eye on this one for ya.
