LG's VX9800 makes a sneak FCC appearance

By now we're all well familiar with the
VX9800's older brother, the
F9100, their first consumer communicator-style device, and the Moto A630, where it gets most of its design inspiration. Well, looks like yet again the FCC can't keep a secret and let loose the deets on the new LG phone,
which will feature a 128 x 160 pixel external screen, a 320 x 256 pixel internal display, EV-DO (which means it'll be headed to Verizon or
Sprint, of course), a 1.3-megapixel camera,
and miniSD slot. Apparently it won't be running a smartphone OS, so it looks like LG must be getting fairly comfortable sticking to the communicator thing—too bad, since we'd really like to put these full qwerty-keyboard phones to some real work.
