Early Mario commercial is horrifying

Retro Junk has a great old TV ad for Mario Bros. for the Atari 2600 and Atari 5200 (Atari 5200 graphics shown. Love it!). I think I remember seeing this thing back in the day. The production value is just astounding(ly bad). Worth a look if you:

1) Love Mario/Nintendo

2) Want to recall the days of no socks, and pink ties.
