TV-B-Gone reincarnated as a cellphone

A few people were less than impressed with Cornfield Technology's
TV-B-Gone, the IR blaster with but one purpose:
to turn of any kind of TV, anywhere, at any time. Of course, it's pretty notorious by this point, so busting it out in the middle of a Knicks game you might find yourself missing a digit or two; so if you've got to be that guy,
why not build one into a crappy old cellphone (they always seem to be Nokias for some reason) for even an stealthier attack pattern?
