Installing Tiger Again

Over the weekend, I did several different things to my upgrade install to help iron out some of the bumps that I was experiencing, but there were still a few very oddly buggy things, so today, I went ahead and did an archive and install (like I probably should have done in the first place). This installation went much more smoothly, and I chose "custom" in the process and eliminated several printer drivers and languages that I doubt I will ever be using from the installation.

I'm still getting an odd abnormality in Safari. Something in my Home folder would seem to be making my Debug menu look a bit different than the default and than Laurie's installation, as I am missing "Import Bookmarks..." from my Debug menu. Anybody have any ideas about what's gone wonky with my Debug menu?
