Western Europe will have as many cellphone lines as people by 2007

Sweden already got there last year, now Analysys Research predicts that western Europe is only two short years away from a cellphone penetration rate of 100%. That means there will be as many cellphone lines as people, but it doesn't mean that every single man, woman, and child will have their own cellie (though it'll probably seem that way), since some people will own multiple phones and SIM cards.
