Hard times for PSP customers in Korea
It wasn't enough that Sony dissed and dismissed the Euros to getting a
September launch for the PSP, but now it looks like the hammer's coming down in Korea where apparently of the 20,000 or so PSPs sold thusfar, over 4,200 customers have registered complaints of bad pixels and wireless troubles. And to add insult to injury, many have supposedly characterized Sony's PSP customer care as less than ideal.
Dead pixels,
bad customer care? We have no idea what they're talking about.
