BBC World on Tiger
Click Online, the BBC's technology show, has posted a video about Apple's recent release of Tiger into the wild (I know, all the puns have been done but I refuse to stop). Stephen Cole sat down with Brian Croll, Apple's Director of software marketing, to chat about Tiger. However, unlike all the stories about Tiger I have seen to date this one is a little more pointed. Cole said that while there are 200 new features in Tiger most of them are just window dressing. He also grills Croll about Spotlight and wonders why Apple is so big on it since there are already several applications that do the same thing.
Worth a look, or at least a read since they were nice enough to provide a transcript (but no Quicktime, the nerve).
