After all, who needs the extra weight when you can print text anywhere from your hotel business center to the corner Kinkos, and run off photos for 29 cents at the nearest drugstore. But in case your summer plans include traveling far from civilization and electrical outlets,
PCWorld has a rundown of the top portable printers for text and photos. While we still wouldn't throw one in our luggage, we do see the appeal of some of these, especially the HP Photosmart 375B (pictured), which features flash card slots, an LCD display and an optional Bluetooth adapter, and weighs in at just 2.6 pounds.
