Darn Constitution keeps getting in the way of a good old fashioned ban

They should have put some more thought into the title of
this Michigan TV station's article. Hell, the article itself needs another 2 hours of work, at least. Maybe then they wouldn't sound like a bunch of ignoramuses. The title in the crosshairs? "Parental unawareness, Constitution hinder effective video game ban." The piece is a shallow look at how the Constitution keeps getting in the way of video game bans. Or is it? It's hard to tell since the piece reads like a grade schooler's Social Studies notes.

Here's the sad part; the length and quality of the "article" is indicative of the short shrift the media gives our industry when it comes to this whole "Games aren't for kids anymore" crap. Hell, it's only freedom of expression.
Why spend more than 15 seconds covering minutia like that?
