(Judge) DREAD

Finally, an appropriate weapon designed for that weekend fishing trip or a little drunken Saturday night
internet hunting – the DREAD!  Oh sure, purists will argue that firing a spray of ball bearings spun to extreme speeds and released at 300 meters per second is overkill to down a buck, but then effectiveness counts for something doesn't it? The weapon (being developed in the US for military purposes, of course) releases the tiny projectiles a mere 8.5-milimeters apart thereby "delivering more mass to the target than any other weapon."  David Crane, editor of DefenseReview.com states (while likely hopping up and down clapping like a little girl) that the weapon could strike targets with "overwhelming and devastating firepower – we're talking about total target saturation."  Sorry, it's only a prototype for now, at least while it's being shopped around the defense industry for takers. Come on guys, don't you know it's all about ball bearings nowadays!?
