Hitachi and Fujitsu's new 100GB 2.5-inch drives

While not the first, Hitachi and Fujitsu are now shipping 2.5-inch 100GB drives with a disk rotational spin of 7200 rpm. The drives ship in both Parallel (IDE) and Serial ATA flavas. No word on pricing, but these suckas are an "add $270" option (an 80GB drive comes standard) on the Dell Inspiron XPS Gen 2 box with caveat, "May delay your ship date". You don't say?
