Toshiba and Microsoft pen cross-licensing deal

They haven't disclosed the terms of the deal, but it looks like Microsoft and Toshiba jumped into bed last night,
and woke up this morning with a hangover and a drunken Las Vegas cross-licensing agreement, which they will probably both vaguely remember over coffee later this morning as being a good idea at the time to help both companies avoid stepping on one anothers' patent-toes. Now let's see how they get along (and more importantly, what kinds of interesting babies they'll make together).
