Verizon Wireless confirms Treo 650 for May 23rd + Samsung i730 this summer

They've already been selling this to their business customers for almost a week now, but Verizon finally formally announced that they're going to start offering their version of the
Treo 650 to the masses beginning on May 23rd.

Bonus fun: A little bit further down in the announcement they also mention that the
i730, Samsung's new EV-DO
capable Pocket PC Phone, will be available sometime this summer. We don't want to read too much into this, but while they list the i730 as having "built-in support for EV-DO and Bluetooth® for quick wireless access to the Internet,"
they say nothing about the phone's integrated 802.11b, which as far as we know, is also a way to get "quick wireless access to the Internet" (especially compared with Bluetooth).
