The Minox DM1

We're blanking on who else has may have rebadged this (it just seems so very familiar), but Minox has a new tapeless MPEG4 camcorder/3.2 megapixel still camera/webcam/MP3 player/digital voice recorder on the way. Besides doing way more things than it probably needs to (it's hard to imagine its sound quality being overly amazing, for example), the DM1 is just 17mm thick and comes with 128MB of internal memory and an SD card slot for adding extra storage capacity. Should set you back €329 when it debuts later this year.
