More cellphones than people in Holland

So we already knew that there are more bikes in Amsterdam than Dutch residents. Now we're being told that there are more "active mobile phones" (that's cellphones, Yanks) than people in all of the Netherlands — 100.4 percent to be exact! Other countries already achieved this dubious distinction last year citing the one phone for work, one for home practice. Just a hunch, but maybe those
SMS pacemakers are tipping the balance.
