Siemens' mobile division getting Asian joint-venture partner

Not sure who the lucky groom is going to be yet (Pantech? LG? Ningbo Bird?), but a German newspaper reports that on Tuesday Siemens is planning to announce that its
ailing mobile division will be spun off into a joint venture with an unnamed Asian company. Will keep ya posted.
