Robot throws out first pitch at Pirates-Orioles game

Okay, there's officially now an international baseball robot conspiracy. We expect this kind of thing from our Japanese overlords, but we honestly didn't see it coming in Pittsburgh. At tonight's Pirates vs. Orioles showdown at PNC Park, the first pitch honors were delivered by Mr. S-3 Platform Robot, a 200 pound droid who reportedly "resembles a small car" (a small car with arms?). They say that all of this is in conjunction with the Department of Defense's Joint Robotics meeting program underway today and tomorrow in the steel city, but we all know it's just the first step in the master plan to mechanize the entire industry and avoid all those messy drug scandals.
