We have yet to find a single wireless carrier anywhere in the world that doesn't have someone who hates its guts, so keep in mind that at the end of the day these rankings are really all relative, but for the second year in a row J.D. Power and Associates have named T-Mobile as having the best customer care in the U.S. wireless industry. That doesn't mean they've had the fewest complaints or anything, the study is based on a survey of 8,600 wireless subscribers who had contacted their carrier for customer support in the past year and ranked the carriers on stuff like hold times (T-Mobile had the shortest, with hold times of 2.27 minutes vs. the industry average of 3.44 minutes) and "problem resolution efficiency."
