MPIO buys DVR-maker Digital & Digital

This probably won't matter to anyone outside of Korea, but
MPIO (also known as Digitalway in some markets) is expanding its business beyond digital audio players with the purchase of Digital & Digital, a Korean DVR maker. While MPIO may plan on using its global network to expand the market for Digital & Digital's Jubilo DVRs, the company is likely to find that field as least as competitive as the audio market, where it's reportedly seen its global market share drop from 20% in 2002 to less than half that last year.
