PS3 dev kits in high demand

Sony has reportedly begun shipping PlayStation 3 development kits to publishers in the US, Japan, and Europe.
However, with just over 100 kits shipped, Sony is having trouble meeting demand. There's currently a parts shortage,
which is stalling the process. Be patient, be patient.
